Can two people share a library?

I have two kids, two player accounts, two consoles at two houses and one Xbox gold account. There is no problem when only one kid is playing regardless of where they are. The problem is when they are each at a different house on different consoles and
they both want to play - even when they want to play a different game in the library. Surely there is a way to share the library without having to buy game so twice! Right?

no split screen!!!

You don't have to buy two copies of the game for two people to play. You can both play via home share with one copy.

The would only be able to share everything on one console. The account that has purchased the games would set a console as their Home console. Both accounts would have access to the games/gold on that console. The account that made the purchases can sign
into any console and access the content because it was purchased on their account. If the other account wants to use the games or gold on any other console, they would need to purchase it on their account.

Not true.

My sister who lives in a different state can access all of my content. She made my console her Home Xbox.

Now keep in mind you can not keep switching back and forth between Home Xboxes. The is a 5 time limit per year.

And you can share the gold by putting both kids into an Xbox Family.

I am sorry if this has been discussed already but I can't really get a clear answer...

So I get the 10 people can share the library idea. And I understand that two people cannot play the same game at the same time from within the library (unless it is splitscreen/coop/offline etc...)

but

What I AM wondering is if two people can get into the library at the same time. So I am wondering if I am playing a game can one of the people on my shared account get on my library and access a different game from the library.

I mean that seems to good to be true, but I wonder..... Th wording on the official site was hard to interpret its says "you can always play your games" So does that mean that whilst I am playing my game someone else can play another of mine???

Even if only 1 person can access the shared library at a time, it is still neat to think that I can let my real brother and some buddies use my games while I am away at work or not using the console.

Only one extra person can play from each shared library at a time, so you couldn't have all nine people renting your library. It isn't just that you can't be playing the same game at once, you can't have more than two people playing from the same person's
collection at once. If your plan were feasible, however, I would preorder the One right now and just let the nine other people play my library.
