Can two people play fifa23 on Xbox 1 so they each have their own team?

How do two people play fifa 23 on Xbox one? They both want their own team and we can’t see a way to do that. Would buying a second disc allow us to load one team on each disc so they can each have their own team when their disc is in or would it not let us load the same game twice?
