Discus and support can the X handle 240v? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have a Xbox one x from the US but i have recently moved to Norway where the outlets output 240v and i was wonder if the Xbox one x can handle 240v...     can the X handle 240v?


    I have a Xbox one x from the US but i have recently moved to Norway where the outlets output 240v and i was wonder if the Xbox one x can handle 240v without frying, for the tv that I brought from the US i have to use a converter to prevent the tv from being
    destroyed although i don't have another one for my Xbox one x and I would like to plug it into the wall without fear of it being broken .

    how many hard drives can my One X handle?

    I have a 2TB AC powered drive and a 1TB USB powered one.. is this ok for the One X to handle?

    The Xbox One X has a "universal" internal power supply (like the Xbox One S).

    On my US-bought Xbox One X, the power supply rating (found on the sticker on the back of the console) shows that it is rated for "100-127/200-240V". It should work on the 240V Norwegian outlet since it is rated for that voltage - the only matter now is finding
    a new figure-eight power cord with a Norwegian plug.

    Probably yes but as the cost of figure 8 power cables is so low I would personally just purchase a new power cable.

    On a side note from a general support point of view it is always best to purchase the console in the same region/country that you intend to use it in.

    Power supply and cord

    Xbox One S and original Xbox One come with an external fan-assisted power supply that measures 6.69 x 1.88 x 2.96 inches (about 17 x 4.8 x 7.5 cm). The size is the same in the 100-110V, 220-240V,
    and 100-240V versions.

    Both the Xbox One S and Xbox one X have multi voltage Internal PSUs only the Original Xbox one has an external PSU.

    Hello, thank you for your response. Is buying a power brick compatible with indian voltage enough? because my Xbox handles 100-130v and the power brick that I can find online is 200-240v won't it damage my console?
