Can the new Xbox one home screen system update be reversed?

This may be a dumb question, and I apologize if it has already been asked and answered.

My Xbox one was automatically updated last night, and to be honest I am not digging the new home screen layout one bit. If I was Microsoft I would be asking if this was a update you wanted as it only changes the layout of the home screen. I was just curious
if it is possible to reverse this update at all.

I can't even describe how badly I wished I had automatic updates turned off.

While I'm not a huge fan of the new UI either. Even if you do have auto update turned off eventually it would force you to update. I dont have mine on and went ahead and updated anyways. I think the main reason I dont like it is because it's different
and I'm not used to it. I do like the stream lined menu's once your in settings an updates though. All in one place.

As much as I agree with you about the new UI design, it cannot be reverted, but also security updates where surely installed, updates to the OS, this is just collateral damage lol

Sorry, but unfortunately you can't reverse any updates. It's just a matter of time until you get used to the new home screen.

What exactly don't you like about the new home screen. You can tweak it a bit to your liking. Just try to give it a chance. One thing for sure is that change will alway happen. We need change to progress.
