    Can the EU and NA server merge together?


    My friend seems to think that when he was in cyrodil he came across some Americans that said the was playing in the NA server but me and my friend play in EU, I'm sure it's impossible but am I wrong, can EU players come across NA players?

    I imagine there's probably a missing trigger or something for it...

    I'd look into it in more detail, but at the end of the month, due to the enforced change for NA/EU/Non JP players to one of two payment plans, while the JP's can still pay via direct debit, I'm not going to be bothered in trying for it. I do feel that a
    probable server merge will eventuate later this year/early next year because of this.
