    okay, so I would either like my thousands of dollers back or my account back your pick Xbox , I'm sick of this run around you banned two of my accounts for the same accusation and the one time they didint even investigate it, I think the enforcement team

    Suspension acting strange

    We're just fellow gamers like yourself so there's nothing we can do. Submitting a case review would be the only way to contact the enforcement team so unfortunately if you're not able to submit a review, all you can do is wait out the suspension. They typically
    don't suspend or ban an account without a thorough investigation, so it's actually rare that they get overturned.

    Account Suspension

    The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

    Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the
    last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

    Every enforcement action is applied manually and they just may have gotten to a report about you first. They will look into all reports as they get them.

    Then you should.change your behaviour

    It's never automated

    You can be banned for seperate violations

    You are never given which violation date or time

    It can be from weeks ago or months ago

    Depending on the type and length

    The enforcement team does not use these forums. Enforcement.xbox.com is the only place you can contact the XBLPET directly via the case review process. When you are suspended or banned you forfeit any content, subscriptions, or balance on your account. These
    terms are outlined when you sign up for Xbox Live.

    What happened to the customer support for Xbox?

    The case review doesn’t do anything. Every person that I have talked to has told me that their case review gets denied immediately. They get an automated email and that’s it. No actual communication from the enforcement team.

    There is no way to speak to the Enforcement team about this on their site as they only do case reviews for actual enforcement action...like suspensions and bans. They don't do case reviews for reputation.

    The enforcement team do not view these forums and can only be contacted through the case review process, Even then you do not actually get to speak/interact with the enforcement team.
