Can the downloadable content of a deleted profile be accessible and usable by other profiles ...

I'm thinking of deleting a certain Xbox live profile from my Xbox 360 console which has some donwloaded content such as Arcade games, downloadable Xbox 360 games and games add-ons associated with this profle, but before I delete and remove it from the console
I need to know if the downloadable content of a deleted profile can be accessible and usable by other profiles in the same Xbox 360 console with no problems or bugs of any kind?

when deleting an Xbox Live profile from a console it asks you to select one of the following:

*Delete Profile Only - This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

*Delete Proflie and Items - This deletes the profile and the associated saved games and achievements.

If I choose the second option 'Delete Proflie and Items' will it also affect the DLCs?

Selling xbox one question

Put it this way if Jambo ever decided to get another xbox ONE and re-download the other ONE would lose access immediately after transferring licenses.

It works the same as the 360 licenses!

on the 360 he can delete his profile but keep the items or delete profile and items.
i'm not sure if the ONE gives you this option yet as i've not tried

 

Gh3 - Downloaded content?

No,any downloadable content is able to be accessed by any profile on that xbox 360.
exactly the same principal as downloading an arcade game on your profile,and your wife/partner/anybody else being able to play on theirs.

 

When you purchase content, it is tied to the gamertag that it was purchased with as well as the console it was purchased on. That console license is what allows the other profiles to access the content. Just deleting the profile will not remove the licenses.
So the other accounts would still be able to access the content after you delete the profile.

"Delete Profile and Items" will delete the profile and any game saves or anything else tied to the account. I'm not sure if it will completely remove the DLC though.

 

My main concern is regarding the DLCs whether they will get affected or not.

 

The DLC is associated with the account that it was downloaded under therefor if you chose to delete only the profile the content will still be there and accessible but if you chose to delete the profile and items than the DLC and anything else downloaded
under that account will be lost. My suggestion to you would be to try and delete just the account and see if you still have access to the DLC and if not than your going to have to recover the account back onto the console which doesn't take very long at all.

 

In order to be able to use the dlc and any content purchased on that profile you would need to keep the profile on the console for the best results, if you wish to save room you can delete saved data excluding downloaded content for best results.

 

I've decided not to delete the profile under the absence of clarity of the matter. I want to thank everyone tried to help me resolving my issue.
