    Can talk to people


    I was blocked for 2 weeks at comminucation. Now the 2 weeks are over i can send messages and i hear my friends online bit they cant hear me. What can i do to fix this. And my xbox is very slow and keep loading at some things what can i do about it to fix
    this?

    how do I find out if I'm com banned I turned my controller off and on took out the adapter or the mic did everything but I still can't talk I don't know what to do or how this happened

    Hey there E115 MISTERSWAG,

    If you had any sort of enforcement actions on your account, when you try to use party chat, you'd be notified that your profile is unable to use this feature. You can also verify this by signing into your account at
    enforcement.xbox.com It sounds like there could be a NAT issue.

    Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
    • NAT Type

    Let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

    • Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox One console.
    • After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
    • Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox One console.

    That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

    As for your Xbox being slow, have you tried powercycling and putting your console on Powersaving mode ?

    Hey zvzo,

    Please check again on enforcement.xbox.com that the correct time has really passed. Compare the shown Timezone to yours to make sure it should be really over.

    If thats the case try the following:



    - Remove your Profile from the Console as explained here: https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

    - After that, press and hold the Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts off. Unplug the power brick from both sides for around 2 minutes. After that time replug and restart.

    - Once the Console is booted up again, readd your profile to the Console as explained here: https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

    We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. We understand your frustration in this. We recommend powering down your console, unplug the console and router for five full minutes, and try again. This should clear your cache and refresh your connection.
