Can`t sync cloud data

I hate having to ask a n00b question, but...

What are you trying to accomplish? If you're trying to start a game over, just delete the local save data, then when you start a game it will start to sync the cloud data. Just press the button to cancel this sync and you should be able to start a game fresh. Then when you play the game next time, it may say something like your save data is out of sync. Would you like to use the cloud or local save. Select to use your new local save, then it will start syncing that one to the cloud from then on.

Alternatively, you can just create a new Xbox Live account and play the game on that.

^ That's not true, your files are saved locally too. If you are connected it's synced and if you uninstall a game your local save is removed until you redownload the game, at which point it will sync to servers.

Your file is on your system, and it auto syncs. Makes it seem like you are only using cloud, but really it will just update your cloud save and your local save by checking cloud.

 

What connection type you using?

 

Wired...you know what is funny? Ewerything works great on my Second account and on my main account, but on my friend console

 

maybe your local saves got currpeted. you can try to clear them and force a resync to work

All the save cloud games are very slow or in 90% error sync'. Only solution, try again,again and again.... and sometimes..... Miracle !!! save sync' !

 

hmm. try playing the game with no internet connection get to save point and turn off the xbox and turn it on than reconnect to xbox live and open the game and see if it syncs

The problem is not with the users.

Microsoft server where the backup of the save game data in the cloud turns very slowly and badly.

Microsoft is not conscious of this problem.

The support Xbox where are you?

 

On another account everything is working fine, even my account works Great but on my friend console :/
