    signing into avatatr

    I can`t sign into my xbox live avatar on windows 10. I get the message can`t sign in at this time.

    Can't sign in to XBL

    Hello all. I'm still unable to log into my profile. Any ideas? I can log into my 360 but not the XBO.

    It's been about 12 hours of trying and I'm a clean account. XBL Beta Tester and my Gold expires in 2019.

    you can`t sign in on two consoles at the same time.

    so if the PPV is linked to your gamertag then no you can`t do it.

    Hey mate, is this when booting a game or app that it signs you out? What can help with this is deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile.

    Delete and re-download profile:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    Clear system cache:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    Also a lot of the time when you keep getting errors on the website there can a billing issue with you account, have you had a gold subscription before using a payment method like a debit card?

    When you try to sign into your account, are you receiving an error code? If so, could you please provide it to us? It will resemble one of these two examples:

    XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000

    In addition, please take a look at
    this guide     and follow the steps outlined and see if that helps.
