    Can t remove the Card connected to my account!!!


    Ok so I ve just bought Xbox Live membership till 26 January 2018. As always for security reasons I delete my card informations from the microsoft account untill now... When I try it says an error has occured please try again later, this happens for more
    than 3 hours, I ve tryed from the console and I get this error code 8C150009. Please respond asap!

    once you have cancelled the auto renew you should be able to remove the card.

    you can`t remove it with the auto renew on.

    How did they hack your account?

    Offtopic, does anyone know how to remove the credit card number from a microsoft account, because I want to do that, because I have no plans to buy any digital games, and don't want someone hacking the account and knowing my credit card.

    Can't redeem 3 month gold prepaid card due to account being suspended

    i tired sigining in out and testing the connection, i t did nothing, whenever i try o redeem the card it gives me the rorr, also my account still has my old credit card on it and it wont let me remove it even though i canceled it and paid for everything

    you can turn off the auto renew on this website by clicking on "my account" under your gamertag at the top right of the screen.

    you can`t remove a credit card on an account while the gold is active without ringing xbox support.

    they claim it cant be done on the console or online due to the personal information neeed, for security.

    you can`t remove a card from your account while auto renew is on,it has to be off to change or remove it
