Can' t download XBox Live Profile on 360: Error 801540A9

Hello,

I successfully established a Microsoft-Account for my son and connected it to XBox live via XBox App, also changing the gamertag. Now in the XBox360 settings I cannot download the profile. It always shows the message" XBox Profile cannot be downloaded this
time. Try later" 801540A9. (since 2 days)

When I try to create a new profile, it says account is already used. It seems the Xbox live account is only partially established. Any suggestions ?

Getting 801540A9 error code in xbox 360

I'm trying to download my profile and I keep getting error code 801540A9. When searching for help in Xbox live site, only result is for One. Can anyone help me?

I can login with his Account, but when I click on "Profile" or "Friends" or "Xbox settings" for example I get an error message like following:

It appears you have found a glitch in the system. Please try again later.

Can you try to re-associate the child account to the parent account? To do so:

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account and select the
   Family tab.
2. Select Add a child.
3. Enter the email address of the child account that you want to re-associate with the parent account. This will send an invitation to the child account’s email address.
   
4. Sign out of your Microsoft account and sign in to the child account.
   
   Note For security reasons, you may be asked to verify the account.
5. Select the button labeled Sign in and accept.
   
   Note Email can be found by selecting View inbox.

 

I removed the child from Family and readdet it. The same error message after signing in :

"It appears you have found a glitch in the system. Please try again later. ...."

 

I'm with the same problem, but my account is brand new. I've never downloaded it on any console.

When I try to download I get an error and when I try to access on my PC I get the same page you do when I click on profile or messages or friends ...

Need help too
