Can*t download issue

Hello Everyone!I have an issue with DEUS EX:HUMAN REVOLUTION and Supreme Commander 2. I have them and i was tryin a lot of times to download them but when it*s at 80% i want to say "downloaded" but it says "can*t download" (Supreme Commander 2:Exemple).
And when i dwonload them again same issue.Please Help!

Download Issue

Hello,

A couple weeks ago I downloaded a game preview, but I changed my mind while it was downloading and stopped the download. A couple days later I tried downloading Evolve from games with gold, but It stayed on Queued for a couple days. I cannot download any
game updates or anything because they all are left on queued, even though there is nothing else downloading. Please help. This is for Xbox One by the way.

In that case you cant download the free games with gold as it's clearly stated in the end of the games with gold page:

www.xbox.com/.../games-with-gold

Hi there,

Go ahead and delete the partial downloads from your hard drive, then clear the cache (support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache) three times in a row,
turn the console off and back on and then re-attempt the download.

As of right now, since I can't edit the post, it seems to be downloading once again. My net was up and functional that entire time. I have no idea what happened.

Not one of those suggestions worked and I cant delete my card from xbox because its connected to my automatically updated 3 month xbox live renewal... The big joke is I stopped the automatic update but still cant remove the payment option, which means I
cant actually make any change to find out what the issue is.

Think I'll block all microsoft payments through my account if this cant be solved cos I've spent hours trying to simply disconnect my card from xbox but been blocked from doing so at every attempt.

Why is it so hard just to remove my own information?

I am also facing same problem my download goes to 99% and then drops to 0% and then stars again and then when it reaches 99% again the download stops and says "Cannot Download" I am also using a wired connection directly through the Modem/Router I even cleared
the cache and then restart my console and downloaded it again but still the same issue.Please someone tell me what should I do ????!!!!!!

But the content wasn't recently downloaded it was downloaded a while back and i can't get to it from my download history. It was fine working on the xbox that got the red ring I should be able to get to it on the xbox i just bought also. It's as if i never
downloaded the stuff. Either way if i want my stuff that i already bought before i'm being made to buy it again just because i got a different console.
