    Hello

    For some days it is impossible to me to send messages since the xbox one towards my friends, while I receive indeed theirs, I followed the tutoriel of the support xbox one " Why I may not send messages " I verified my account on enforcement.xbox.com, he says
    to me that everything is correct, reputation in green and virgin file.

    I have verify my account on account.microsoft.com, no abnormality, no message as which my account would be blocked or that we forbid me the sending of messages. If somebody can say to me which action I have to make to free the situation, thank you.

    NO Party Chat

    I have opened all Ports, set UPnP on and all Internet checks on the XB1 are positiv, means I have Internet access and no Multiplayer issue, but still can´t get no Party Chat. Can´t hear my buddy in the chat and he can´t hear me...

    Any other advise? Meanwhile I am helpless...

    1. Which specific error code and message do you receive when trying to send a message?:

    2. Does similar issues occur within the Xbox app? (If you can, please try messaging on the Xbox app on Windows 10, Windows Phone 10, iOS, or Android):

    3. Does similar errors occur on Xbox.com? If you haven't already, please try messaging from there as well:

    4. Have you followed each of the steps on our Xbox Live Message Error Solution, including adding a phone number?

    Please post back with all of that info so we can assist further. Thanks!

    i got a new update this morning thought it was the fix for party chat but wasn`t don`t know what it was but didn`t fix the problem with the party chat this beta testing doesn`t look too hot when are they going to fix it

    Make it easier for you and use the Support chat like Cyrix said.

    They can do that for you if you can´t call them.

    Go here. Choose to get a call or Chat with a Support.

    Getting a call from them is easier then you don´t wait THAT long in the line.

    I also like the Support Chat.

    You can also call them if you want.

    Don´t chat with an Ambassador they are just users like you and me.

    You need a Support member for your issue.
