Can 't buy a game, got enough €

Hi everybody,

today i bought a prepaid-card for the xbox 360: 25€. I wrote the code but now i can t pick the money on my account. The money is grey. Normally it is black in the options. So it is not enabled.

If i accept the buy there s a message "u dont have enough money. Statuscode 8013AB07" - but this is nonsense. I got the money, but i can t pick it - wtf!

if i choose payment options this money is also not enabled.

Can`t buy Forza Horizon 2

Hi Support,

I have following problem.

I bought 2 two 50 Euro and one 10 Euro card. a total of 110 Euro.

so wan`t buy the Horizon 2 Ultimate Edition for 109,49 Euro.

Now i can`t buy the game, because i was asked about a credit card.

Why? I have enough money for the game.

And yes I live in Germany and my console region is in Germany, too.

It`s a really bad joke. Payed 110 Euro for cards and can`t use the money.

i got the same problem with some free DLC for Forza 5.

I was asked for a credit card for free DLCs.

I hope you can help me and fix this.

The hard drive of my 360 is damaged I can buy a new one but my gamertag got stuck there. I suppose it was lost forever? T. T
