can support please reset my home console license?

Hi Gman! So, it sounds like you've hit the limit for number of times you can reset your home console. Since it sounds like you have had good reason to reset your home console, you should be able to have this counter reset as I have seen a few different people
report being able to have this done.

Unfortunately, the only way to do that will be to contact Official Support (1-800-4-MY-XBOX here in North America) as we don't have that access or those tools here on the forums. Make sure you explain in detail what happened and why you set each console
as your home. They should be able to see the repairs you've had done, so they shouldn't hold the two consoles that broke against you. The only one they m9ght have questions about is the Lost/stolen console.
