    Can someone tell me what the reason of this ban is (no detail given)?


    During a game (NHL) someone from the other team was messaging me. No biggie and I simply responded "yes" to each message. At one point I responded "yes" 5 times before they could reply - they would reply nearly instantly.

    I got a 2 day ban for this, but no email and no explanation on the enforcement page. Did I simply reply too many times consecutively?

    Kinda dumb to get 2 days off no online play for simply replying yes. Is what it is, though. Is there a number that makes it spam? Like did I trigger it at 5 or how does that work?

    Totally agree! My son has been banned with no reason given. Microsoft says if you are banned the details of why will be provided in the message but the message just refers you to their Ts&Cs - no specific details are given. My son is 12 - he doesn't know
    how to hack the game. If no one tells him what he did wrong how can he learn from his mistakes?
