Can someone sue me for my Gamertag?

Hey Forum,

I have a question. I have a Gamertag for about a year now, its called . My name is Ronald so I picked RNLD. Two weeks ago someone sent me a message saying that he owns a Youtube channel with exact the same name wich has 8000 subscibers and he is in
a network. He says, he will sue me if I dont change it because it is copyrighted or branded or something. Now my Question is: Can he actually do that? Because it is just a Gamertag I do not claim to own this channel, I dont selI anything etc. I just play Call
of Duty with a name that I picked by myself.

Bummer. Oh no, wait, that's just in the US. That's OK. You can hardly get any news about happenings over there without some reject threatening to sue someone for some reason for some huge amount of money.

Wow, this guy's getting sued for owning something that someone else wants. Seriously, that's what's happening. It's like what would happen if a 4 year old would sue someone.
