Can Someone Please Help?

3 days ago I've sent a report against someone who hacked my account and shut down my internet. I'm patiently waiting for something to be done about it, but it gets very frustrating when I don't have any email confirmation or any updates on the situation.
Please let me know if you are still working on this and give me an estimated time of completion if possible.

explain the home console/digital sharing thing to me and where do i go in the settings to activate it

2 of my friends just recently got there X-1s and I was attempting to explain the concept to them but I wasnt sure what the hell I was talkin about

It only works between two people (yourself and a friend). You have to exchange log on info between the two of you, email and password, and then go under settings and each of you need to set your console as the other persons home console, and they do the same with theirs on your gamertag. At that point, whatever one of you buys digital can be downloaded and played on the others system. The enforcement team rarely sends anything to let you know if they've done something to the other person. Keep in mind that DDoS attacks are done through your Internet and not Live. So unless the other person actually did something on Live to violate the
term, the enforcement team can't do anything to them. If you're still having internet issues, you would need to contact your ISP.

I understand the internet issue, I'm mainly concerned that my account was hacked. I've given the gamertag of the hacker, and he even doxed my information to his friends. The proof is directly on the sign in logs.

If you've already contact support and they've started an investigation, then you would need to keep in though with them. If you haven't contact support and your account has been compromised, you would need to contact them to start an unauthorized access

With all due respect, that is exactly my problem. I can't keep in touch with them. It's been three days and I can't tell if anyone from enforcement is taking me seriously. I've called support, and they've told me that account hacking is out of their
reach, so that's why I'm here (after submitting a report and case review, of course).

considering the fact that you got it in what is basically a pawn shop,you can`t honestly have expected a top quality item can you?

you will not have a virus on your console.

if the problems have only started once you started using a second hand hard drive from cash converters,then it is obviously a problem with that hard drive.
