Can Someone Please Help ;(

Brief description is:

For the last few years, I have played on XBL without an issue. Then recently, when the population of Gears UE dropped and there were a few players left, I suddenly got reported for being "good" at the game. It was the first time I ever dropped from Good
Rep to avoid me.

Now reading online, this meant I was no longer able to match-make and play my favorite game - in fact I had been reported 4 times for "cheating" - when you cant even cheat in this game :/

But, I found that playing WoT and not getting reported gets your rep back up.

So I grinded away and after a month, my rep on the website showed "Good Player" again - this being the Xbox Enforcement website.

HOWEVER - it has not changed on the Xbox One, it still shows Avoid Me when I click on my profile and still cannot matchmake.

I have posted in the Enforcement forums twice and its been over a week with no reply, any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

explain the home console/digital sharing thing to me and where do i go in the settings to activate it

2 of my friends just recently got there X-1s and I was attempting to explain the concept to them but I wasnt sure what the hell I was talkin about

It only works between two people (yourself and a friend). You have to exchange log on info between the two of you, email and password, and then go under settings and each of you need to set your console as the other persons home console, and they do the same with theirs on your gamertag. At that point, whatever one of you buys digital can be downloaded and played on the others system. The enforcement team no longer uses the forums. All you can do is contiue playing online without reports and wait for your rep to go back up.

You can't give a "good rating" on the xbox one.

It sometimes takes the enforcement site time to sync up but as a rule your rep on your profile is usually correct.

you cannot get a virus on an xbox console.

is it an official hard drive or a cheap copy.

considering the fact that you got it in what is basically a pawn shop,you can`t honestly have expected a top quality item can you?

you will not have a virus on your console.

if the problems have only started once you started using a second hand hard drive from cash converters,then it is obviously a problem with that hard drive.
