Can someone please help? XBOX ONE CONTROLLER DISCONNECTING AND FLASHING

Hi, I've got a launch Xbox one but I barely get time to play, I've recently got back on to ready myself for the division beta and my controller keeps disconnecting and the Xbox logo on it will flash. I have tried two controllers, new batteries and my charge
packs but I'm still getting the same result.

I have resynced both and unplugged the console from the socket and updated both controllers yet I'm still getting this issue, can anyone advise/help with this?

I would of put it down to the main controller being broken but it's doing the same for my other one which is brand new...

At about one month , I am facing a huge hassle. My controls are disconnecting and is just the flashing xbox in control too often. I do not know what to do can someone help me ?

Make sure your controller is fully updated and that there is no interference between the controller and the console. Also, make sure you have good batteries in the controller. Good Luck!

 

Xbox one controller

my Xbox one controllers keep disconnecting. I've tried updating but there's no update. I've tried wiping the console down but had no joy. I know it's not the controller because I've tried my partners controllers on my Xbox and it does the same thing. It
will connect start flashing causing the game to disconnect and tell me a controller has been disconnected. Once it's stopped flashing it'll reconnect. Every other two minutes it'll just repeat it's self. Any ideas?
