> I have to say I love Xbox one but I just got rainbow sis siege so I wanted to get the update I log in connect to the internet but it says I'm not then it randomly signs me out every time I cleaned it then reset it to the factory version but it still does

if you are turning the game off before it has a chance to save the spot where you are, when you switch it back on it will restart the game again. You have to either let it auto save or do a maunal save, before switching your console off
