can someone please help me????

I am having problems with getting my laptop mediaplayer to accept the key? I guess thats what it is? Ive never done this before

I can admit I am obviously not a tech savy person but I have gotten to this point there I set up everything right as I had thought?

Till I got to signing in and then it promped me and said wrong pass word?? wth? I set up "CHILD" acct like instructed to do I have

highspeed internet and it is connected and the Xbox says it is connected? but I didnt know that I had to link it to my laptop?

so Im now on a week of trying to set this damn thing up! and Im am so frustrated Im ready to just bag the whole entire thing

but I have already invested money into his acct and to change his change gamer profile which I didnt think I had to pay for but

was already comitted to it and yeah my son is flipp'n spoiled as hell but he's a good kid and has mild ADDHD so I want him to get

as much interaction and stimulation from other people and if this is what he likes then so be it I dont care what others have to say

about it personally put yourself in my shoes for a day with a kid with his type of ADDHD and see but Im not here for that kind of

convo. Im in desperate need of help with fixing my pc and getting it to accept the 'key?' so I can add an extender on my pc Im

not sure if i have to delete anything off of my laptop or not there really isnt anything on here? as for I just started using it about

2 months ago? so please help me ASAP!!!!

Look I don't remember what it was because I bought it quite a while ago, all I remember that it had a low memory and the original Xbox 360 HDD cover, 10 gb was the first number that came into my head

I do not know how to get in contact with official Xbox support team (e-mail, forums) and I do not really know where to post my problem either so I am just doing this here, please correct me if there is a different place where I should post this.

Few things started to occur (errors, glitches) after I bought a (used?) hard drive from cash converters.

The games listed below are the ones that I play the most, the rest of my games don’t have anything happening to them or I just haven’t seen anything happen to them.



Started with Mass Effect 3

- Xbox says that the disk is unreadable when I tried to load the game, the only saves I had were when my character was on the Normandy or the Citadel (I tried all of them)

- Disk is sparkling clean with one scratch

- Same went for disk number 2

- I copied my files into the cloud storage (some didn’t copy because they said that error occurred)

- I formatted the disk plus cleared system cache

- Copied my files back into the hard drive

- The game managed to load a save on the bottom deck of the Normandy and also worked for the captains deck, when I tried to get into the CIC (second deck) and on the Citadel as well, the game said that the disk was unreadable

- I started a new game and nothing was wrong for the first 2 level up until I went into the Normandy, the game said the disk was unreadable

- Nothing was wrong with the multiplayer as far as I checked



Medal of Honor Warfighters Multiplayer Beta + Forza Horizon Demo

- There was nothing wrong with MoH for few days until I started to spawn without a weapon after I had my first death

- I deleted and re-installed it few time + formatted the disk and cleared the system cache and nothing helped

- I thought that it was just a glitch but when I downloaded the Forza Horizon Demo an error message appeared saying that the Disk was unreadable while a disk was not required since it was a downloadable demo.



Halo 4

- Few of the levels will not load whatever I do

- The two Spartan Ops Galileo Base levels will not load, it will load for a minute, the UNSC logo will stay still for 2 seconds and it will take me back into the main menu screen.

- I have the same problem with two multiplayer maps, my favourite map Exile has exactly the same problem and a new crimson DLC map called Wreckage

- I was not able to play any of these maps yet on my console, when I got Halo 4 I first played it in my friend’s house and Exile worked, the other maps were not yet available

- I took my Halo 4 to the same friend for the New Year party and all of those levels (except wreckage because he doesn’t have the DLC) worked on his console

- One glitch that also happened was when I started the second level my camera had a giant zoom, but I fixed it by restarting the Xbox, it hasn’t happened since.



I have few questions regarding my problem

- Do I have a virus on my console?

- Is it the Xbox’s problem?

- Is it the hard drive the problem?

- If it is a virus, could it have been transported to my main hard drive in the Xbox or in the cloud storage?

- What can be done to fix this, do I need to send it of somewhere or buying a new hard drive will help?



Could someone help me, I want to enjoy my Xbox and my games to the full and this problem is not allowing me to.
