    Can someone please help me with the xbox series s?


    The retailer I bought it from basically tells me I can't return it. I can't afford to buy a new one exactly and sold my xbox one.

    The xbox keeps crashing whenever I open any menu within game. Like all and any game will run completely fine for hours. But the moment I press the home button the xbox completely freezes and I have to manually unplug it. I can't exit or pause any game without it crashing.

    Anyone know anything? I tried a hard reset, a power cycle, I don't know what else to do
