Can someone please help me with Account Recovery?

No problem man, I hope you get your account back and wish you the best of luck. If you can’t get the account back, I would call the bank to see if I could get any money back from recent purchases of games or gold.

Have you checked your Windows computer if you have one? Typically nowadays, I believe it is required to sign into a Microsoft account to use Windows. Another idea for you: call your bank and ask for forced refunds for the games. It may help you be able to get the money back (especially recent purchases), so you can purchase the games on a new account.

Edit: whatever did become of the bank info you inputted into the account recovery.

I wouldn’t know what information Microsoft can pull since I’m not an employee, but yeah, I would try calling them, since typically, those people have more control over accounts and stuff.

Yeah, it just sucks, 5 day work week with no xbox.

won't be able to call them until saturday, so i guess ill just keep sending recovery forms.

idk, i think they can pull any information they want honestly, there's always a digital trail. Network link, IP address used with device, serial number for the xbox and everything else which i would be happy to confirm.
