Can someone please help me out! can't find any information on problem

Hi, the same thing has happened to my 11 year old son on his Xbox One. I am trying to find out how to ask for more information but am having problems. Please can someone help me?

The OP might want to change the password/ sign in preferences on the account, to avoid this in the future.

There is no way to search for people without knowing their exact gamertags. You're better off just forgetting these people and making new friends.

Depending on what you played, a game may have a stat tracking system that will offer suggestions to an incorrect gamertag search.

I found someone like that once. Their name was something like 'Ouucchhyyyyy', which was quite a pain to find.

Assuming you also haven't played online since having played with them, your Recent Players list will actually retain their gamertag for well over two years. This may not be the case if the account has been active the whole time since, but it is worth a shot.
