Can someone please help me fix my disc drive??

When i go to put in a 360 disc or a dvd in my xbox one it won’t read it will just sit in there and when i put a xbox one disc or a blue ray disc in it reads it 75% of the time and some of these disc are brand new i haven’t done a self repair or anything i haven’t touched the xbox and it just won’t work

If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

- May I ask which Xbox model you are using?
- Do you have any external devices plugged into your console's USB ports?
- Do you have another console, blu ray player, and/or DVD player, you could use to check if the discs you are having trouble with work on a different device?

it's very likely the drive is in the process of failing, the only way to fix it is to send the system in for repair
