    Can someone please help me figure this out?


    So okay, for Context; This has happened yesterday & was still happening today (as I’m writing this) I THOUGHT it would stop after I gave my Xbox a break just to be away from it. But it sadly did not- I’m trying to play a Callofduty game, and normally it would pop up an inspection/or info card to where it says ‘Play’ or shows the preview images of ‘said’ game. I wait patiently for about 5-20 minutes. Nothing happens or came up, the loading circle just kept spinning and spinning and didn’t buffer or load; I go to My Games & Apps’ It does the same thing. Is anyone else experiencing this technology service issue? Or is there a way I can fix this annoying glitch? (Just to clarify; I am on Old-Gen, and wanting to play some Black Ops Cold War. It’s not letting me, tried an other title. Still doing the same issue. My MW2 (2022) is also having this annoying problem as well)

    mine is plugged into what I call an extension lead and I've played it yesterday and today for 8 hours straight both days, no problems at all.

    Make sure you're plugged into the wall and NOT a power strip.
