    Can someone please help me ??? Error Code 0x8027025a


    Getting jacked here..... cannot play any games, title screen for nhl16 shows up like normal, however screen goes black after 5 seconds. Then I get A msg " NHL 16 taking to long to load with error code 0x8027025a. I've restarted my system, Hard/SOFT BLAh
    Blah , Deleted game from internal memory, re installed and same results...so hence my Frustration with microsoft. tried a dvd and that loaded and played.. has anyone herd of this problem??

    Only thing I've seen for this is more of a temporary fix that seems more permanent for some and less for others, but hard reset it. Just hold the power button for about 10 seconds until it powers off. Then unplug it for a few minutes. Reconnect the power
    and restart the console. This is supposed to clear the system cache. Some said it doesn't work the first time, so give it a second attempt if you get the error. Not sure what causes it or if there's something more permanent out there, but hope this helps.

    thank's i've tried this numerous times, did a factory reset lastnight waiting till after work today to see whats up.

    Solution 1: Check the Xbox Live service status

    If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:

    Xbox Live Core Services: up and running

    Solution 2: Start the app again

    To do this, first stop the app:

    1. Go to Home by pressing the Xbox button.
    2. With the focus on the app tile, select the Menu button.
    3. Select Quit.
    Wait at least 10 seconds and then start the app again.

    Solution 3: Restart your console

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

      Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select Restart console.
    4. Select Yes to confirm.
    Note If you're unable to access the guide or if the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the
    Xbox
    button on the console again to restart.

    If you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support.

    In regards to how to resolve it, it appears you are following the correct steps but if no resolve, contact support directly.
