    Can someone please help me connect to Xbox LIVE, getting error 80154058


    I'm trying to connect my son's Xbox 360 to Xbox LIVE and it won't do it. We created 2 Microsoft Outlook email addresses for each of us to get it to work, and it says this Error #80154058 after saying it can't connect. Can anyone please tell me what I need
    to do?

    was having this issue as well, I powered down my console removed and reinserted my hard drive, powered it on and was able to download my profile.
