Can someone please help for once?

So got banned on the 17th of june for 2 weeks, the ban says its been lifted, but the suspension has not been lift, i contacted xbox support & there saying the ban is not lifted until the 25th of September!? I have not had an email regarding this, no enforement
action, not message on my xbox what so ever;I have not been on my xbox since i got the ban, i could not have done anything to further the ban in anyway at all. i had been told to do this or a case review, but i cant do a case review because it doesn't say
i have the ban in anyway. Still no un-ban after 2 days...

explain the home console/digital sharing thing to me and where do i go in the settings to activate it

2 of my friends just recently got there X-1s and I was attempting to explain the concept to them but I wasnt sure what the hell I was talkin about

It only works between two people (yourself and a friend). You have to exchange log on info between the two of you, email and password, and then go under settings and each of you need to set your console as the other persons home console, and they do the same with theirs on your gamertag. At that point, whatever one of you buys digital can be downloaded and played on the others system. and the catch is we wouldnt be able to play at the same time on our respective X-1s right ???Click to expand... You would be able to, as far as I know.
