Can someone please advise how I can resolve the error "0x82323990"?

Thank you for the reply. All my regions are the same. I have deleted my account and reinstalled it. The first capture worked fine and uploaded to Xbox live, however the subsequent ones didn’t they failed with the same error. Is there anything else you can suggest.

if you change the account region, delete your profile, clear the cache and download the profile again.
