    This month I have been actively trying to earn the xbox live rewards points as it applied to some of the content I wished to purchase anyway.

    I purchased Sniper Elite 4 from the xbox store on March 13th and just realised now that it does not seem to have triggered the spend £36 reward. Looking now I have actively spent much more than that this month.

    Now I am a little worried about the pre-ordering reward not being applied too. I pre-ordered For Honor before release ( obviously ) early feb and have now pre-ordered south park ( again also adding to the £36 reward ) and I am now more than a little concerned
    that if I pre-purchase another title it will end up being literally a pointless endever.

    I have not really been checking if things have been ok in the past so goodness knows what I may or may not have missed out on getting rewards for , so I would appreciate it if someone from live rewards could look into this for me please asap.

    I know previously ( a good while back ) there used to be a page you could look at to check out your punchcard status that would update as you made punchcard purchases but I am guessing thats something you dont do anymore ?

    Anyway I hope you can look into this for me and resolve it quickly

    Look into my account please

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    Look into my account please

    Support will check into your Simply Rewarding credits, but you can check punchcard progress by clicking "Get Started" on the offer on the Missions page. The "punches" are located just above the game pictures.

  5. Thanks , I thought that was just a normal graphic on the page. It seems I am not getting my punchcard credit either then as nothing is changing Can someone look into my account please :(

    Hello Al Bundy Lives,

    You enrolled into this program with a US Microsoft Account. Therefore, we created a US Rewards Account based off this information. Since you have been purchasing with a non US Currency, your purchases have not been eligible for Rewards. Furthermore, since
    you have changed the region of your Microsoft Account, you will be unable to receive a successful deposit, since we cannot deposit USD from your Rewards Account into your British Microsoft Account, which will only accept GBP.

    This means that in order to resolve this issue, you have two options. You need to either adjust your Microsoft Account to match your Rewards Account, or create a new Rewards Account to match your new Microsoft Account region.

    1) You can adjust your Microsoft Account region to match your Rewards region from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com). This will cause your regions to match and allow your currency to be deposited.

    2) The second option of Creating a brand new account has some pros and cons. The benefit of creating a new Rewards Account is that your new account will be set to track and Reward purchases made in your Microsoft Account's regional currency. The drawback
    is that you will lose the previous progress you have made on your account, as you will be creating a brand new Rewards Account.
    While we will be able to transfer any pending (un-deposited) Credits from your old Rewards Account, we will not be able to transfer any other progress.

    If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft Account region and create a new account, you must first close your current account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/).
    You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again,
    which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If you check your MyDashboard at
    (Xbox Live Rewards), you will be able to see if you are still in the registration process. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request
    any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

    Well, that is bs. I have spent good money on this account, and it is unfair how I can't even contact your enforcement team because they don't have a phone line or email which is extremely stupid. What kind of company doesn't let their players contact their enforcement team? I am not going to be buying or playing anything from Xbox again because of how poorly this company is being run. I wasn't even on my account to begin with and now I have lost my only account.
