Can someone help with minecraft?

For the last week, i've been playing on server's and the problem occurs which is very high ping about 200 up to 6k or 7k.
Every single game is fine, except of course Minecraft,

Sounds like a network issue specific to Minecraft. Try flushing your DNS (Run ipconfig /flushdns in the command prompt), and restarting your router. You could also test on a different WiFi network or mobile hotspot to find out if it's something with your ISP.

Also, make sure no background apps are using bandwidth (like Discord, or Steam). If it only happens on certain servers, the issue might be on their end.
