1. Can you describe what's happening when you try to play online?
2. Are you playing Call of Duty 2 or Call of Duty Black Ops 2? I assume Black Ops 2 because it's in your recent games, but I just want to be sure.
   
3. Do you have issues connecting to Xbox Live in the first place?
4. Or do you only have issues connecting to Xbox Live when you're trying to play Call of Duty?
   
5. Do you see any error codes when you're trying to play online?

I did evrything still dont work but i can play any other xbox games on xbox live but when i try any CALL OF DUTY games and try to find a match i get disconnected from xbox live. Is the issuse something with call of duty?

I cant connect to xbox live. All i want to do is play call of duty. I came home and tried to connect and it wouldnt let me. When will problem be fixed
