    I recently send my console to microsoft for repairs because my games weren't being load and played. It was repaired and now I'm having issues with my HDMI output and their is no sound coming from my console during game play. I know is not my tv because I
    heard sound when I'm watching live tv..... Can someone help me!!!!

    Can someone help me

    Heya!

    To test and see what piece of the setup is causing the issue let's have you try the following:

    • Ensure you are using the cable that came with the console.
    • Test a new HDMI cable.
    • Test several ports on the TV.
    • If you are using a audio Receiver be sure to try a direct connection to the TV instead.
    • Test another TV.

    Once you try all of that post back and let us know what the results were!
