I’ve been trying to access an acc I made 4+ years ago. But unfortunately the Microsoft security system ****so I cannot access without going through Fort Knox.

Can somebody just get on the line with me, so I can verify that I AM IN FACT ME.

ok so i turned on my xbox today and as it loaded up it didnt do the normal start up it just took me to the menu and said i had to sign onto xbox and whatever, i got worried cause i thought i had broken rules of conduct or had my account terminated for whatever
reason, also i would point out it worked completely fine yesterday and last night when i was watching youtube videos on it, im worried that either xbox live is down or i got hacked ot where i cant load anything, ive tried hard resetting and unplugging everytihng
and waiting and putting it back in but nothing seems to work, am i screwed? or is there a way to fix this? ive had the xbox for a few years now but idk if its not working due to overheating (< dumb theory i know) please if anyone can help i appreicate it

edit: would like to point out that osmetimes it will just fade to black with the xbox being on i can still try to turn it off with the controller but it wont do anything
