Hi everybody ! I've an issue with the ambassador forum badge, my badge level on the ambassador forums isn't showing up. I don't know why.

Can someone help me ?

It's not showing you as an Ambassador on the forums. That's probably related.

When did you apply? Did you get an acceptance email?

Have you ever tried to access the Ambassabank previously? Were you successful or not?

 

yes i have tried but i think i need to be a ambassador and i not had any emails

 

I haven't had an email but can access Ambassabank and i've been helping people for days now. Bet i'm still not a confirmed Ambassador though

i have already signed up for it and i cant do it again because it says You are currently signed up for: ambassador. but it doesn't let me on ambassabank and i would like to help people but i dont know how or where to go

Since it now shows you as an Ambassador you should be able to enter the Ambassador Support forums here:

forums.xbox.com/.../2590.aspx

My advise is to create a thread for your problem there, to get the best support.

Note: if you are using Google Chrome, please try either Firefox or IE to see if that does help with the Ambassabank issue

 

If for some reason you are not able to get into that section of the forums send a PM to on of the Support staff on the forums and they will be able to get things fixed up for you.
