    Hello, serious inquiry. when i was like 12 i followed a youtube tutorial to make my xbox 360 avatars skin color green. a few hours later im playing minecraft and get banned for over 1000 years. still to this day i find it completely insane when i login to the xbox website i cant even ask for support on that account its been 15 years. and there are people who have had lighter sentences for killing people can i please get some serious help. looking at my infractions on my account it says 0/8 marks etc etc i cant help but think a rouge employee banned me years ago for it. as ridiculous as that sounds.
    ive contacted live chat support but i just get broken links to things that no longer exist.
    they told me i could submit a forum to have it reviewed but ive not been able to find it.

    You would have had to contact the enforcement team at the time the ban was issued. They will not review anything over 12 months old. However, even with a review, they would not have lifted a ban for that. So there's nothing you can do.

    How do I get unbanned

    Submitting an appeal would be the only way to possibly fix it. If the enforcement team denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.
    Can y'all please unbanned me my friend had my account in his Xbox and text him stuff that would get me ban pls unbanned me

    No one here in these forums can do that.

    However allowing someone else to use your account is a bannable offense by itself.

    Hey, so i check on xbox live website and it says its a permanent ban and cannot be reviewed? It says i was banned back in 2014 however I never did anything wrong? Is there a way i can still get someone to review it and get it unbanned? Thanks.
