Can someone help me get a gift card code

Hi, at around 4 o’clock on the 22nd of December I bought a £5 Caffè Nero gift card via Microsoft Rewards on Xbox, it said that i would receive an email within 24 hours. It has almost been 48 hours and i still haven't received anything but my points have been taken from my account. I have went to your help website and tried to use the virtual assistant but it was shockingly bad and not understanding what my problem was. I was also unable to contact a real employee via the help website. This is supposed to be an easy Christmas gift for a person in my family but has turned out to be the gift that has given me the most hassle. Could you please help me with this, preferably today.
