Can someone help me fix this problem?

I am trying to play Minecraft with friends, but every time I try and sign into my account it says, “looks like the Microsoft account you are trying to use is already connected to another account for PlayStation Network, Please sign in with a Microsoft account that is not already linked to another account for Playstation Network.” I have already tried to chat with an assistant bot from support and nothing worked. I have even tried making a new account and it still says the same thing when I try and log into. Can someone help me please?

I understand you need help with linking your Minecraft game to PSN. Please note that linking your Microsoft account to PSN can only be done once. This means you cannot unlink your Microsoft account and link a different one to PSN if it was previously connected to another account, and vice versa.

You mentioned chatting with a bot support, was it from the Minecraft team? I recommend reaching out to Minecraft support to check which account was previously linked to your PSN, or contacting Sony for additional options.

Please change your password before you try signing in to your Xbox.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> Change my password.

Kindly try to sign in after changing your password.

If incase it won't work, please turn on your two-step verification by going to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> two-step verification> Turn on.

When it is fully on, please test it out and sign in to the Xbox.

If it will still not work, kindly turn off your Xbox. Unplug all the cables connected to it. Leave it at rest for 2 minutes. Plug in all the cables back and then turn on your Xbox.

Let us turn off your two-step verification first before signing in.

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> two-step verification> Turn Off.

Once done, kindly try to sign in to your account.

Please, run a system scan:

Open the Terminal window by pressing the Windows Key + X and Select "Terminal (Administrator)".

Type this command: sfc /scannow

Press Enter.

If any error is found, they will be patched.

Then use the DISM command.

On the same Terminal window, type these commands:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Restart your PC.
