can someone help me? a key i bought wont be accepted

im from germany. im completly new to pc gaming and i think i need some help. i bought a key and it wouldnt work in the store. it says i have to aktivate it in another website. what should i do?

I bought a key for XBOX but i wanted to buy it for Windows. So I dont have a XBOX One but already registered it in my account... My question is, could I get the Key back and delete the game (Battlefield 1 Revolution) of my library, that I can give the Key
back where I bought it, to get cash back? Didn't play the game yet because i can't (already said why ^^)

Would be nice to know if someone help me or tell me if its possible or not..

i singed up and it says that i was accepted but it also says that the product key is unavailible a t m please help me by telling me how 2 get my product key
