    Can someone help explain this error please?


    I bought two 12 month Xbox Live Gold cards. The first one registered without problems. The second one keeps giving me errors that look like this:

    XBOS-3011

    500544f2-2a54-43cf-8dab-163b66af65a6

    I looked in the 'Error Status Codes' page but could not find what this meant. Can someone help please?

    trust me ive been trying. though im new to tweeting and only got one response about an hour ago that stated....

    @V1c1ousm1ke Was it the 10 Years of Xbox LIVE email (be sure to check that inbox!)?

    thats all i got from them so far. however the email they sent this stuff to i no longer have access to and tweeted them to pm me or something so i can give them my gamertag linked email for them to email that to (which is what they shouldve done to begin
    with).

    i researched it online and according to my findings it has something to do with a giveaway of 10th anniversary consoles. but everything was sent to a dead email i cant use anymore instead of the email linked to my gamertag. contacted support but they refered
    me HERE but im getting no help from the rewards staff :(

    Its much easier and cost effective for epic as gears is only on xbox. One platform to create an expensive dedi server. COD would have to do so for each console and the PC. Not cost effective for them.
