    I need a real person to help me with an issue cause I'm sick with the virtual agent which aggravates me cause it doesn't help instead it gives me articles that don't help or aren't about my issue like I said xbox store frozen and it thought I said I want
    frozen free fall snowball fight. like wtf why would I be asking about getting a free game and the customer service phone number is just an automated message that says find help on xbox assist, the website and xbox.com/help which is just the customer service
    virtual agent then it hangs up like seriously what's the point of that number if it doesn't help me. so can someone help me with this issue: the microsoft store on my xbox one, the xbox made apps and the console update hasn't been working for a week. I just
    want this to be resolved cause I've tried restarting the console and my modem also I tried hard reseting it and nothing worked. I'm not sure if it's the xbox or the service

    explain the home console/digital sharing thing to me and where do i go in the settings to activate it

    2 of my friends just recently got there X-1s and I was attempting to explain the concept to them but I wasnt sure what the hell I was talkin about

    A couple of questions.

    Have you tried uninstalling the app and re-installing?

    Are you a member of the XBOX Insiders program?

    well no because I can't uninstall the microsoft store app that's not an option and I don't even know what that program is

    Thank you for bringing this inquiry to our attention of the forums. I understand that you are having trouble with your console 's store is not working correctly. I think you should try to Power cycle your console one more time first :How
    to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console
    . If the issue persists then I recommend trying

    to Restore to Factory Defaults
    with the console. I suggest the "Keep My Games & Apps" option first. (Keep in mind you will need your Microsoft Account Email and Password to recover your account after the reset)

    the store is now working and I can finally update my console so thank you so much you are a million times more help then the virtual agent and right now my hero because you were very helpful and I thank you for that
