Can someone explain to me why Microsoft allow fraud/ hackers

I had my account used to buy digital gift cards and Microsoft verified that the cards where redeemed straight away onto someone else’s account yet refuse a refund and won’t give me the account details how is that right! They can clearly see who has done it and are doing nothing to prevent it happening to others!

I have been in touch they talked me through refund but that has been refused as the vouchers have been redeemed yet they can see the account that has redeemed £50 vouchers after hacking into my account and billing me they use the vouchers, so they get away with it and Microsoft are allowing them! And no doubt they’ll do the same to another account but Microsoft do nothing about it allowing this to happen is disgusting

I was lvl 15 and only got 750$ for doing it as Solo on the Hard setting =/ . a Few other missions only payed out 500$, not worth the 250% for ammo and 300$ for the vest, that missions netted me -50$
