Can someone explain me everything about xbox one home console?

Basically your Home setting allows any other profiles on that same console to share your gold subscription and games you've purchased. You can only set one console as your Home at a time and it's recommended to have your own console set as your Home. You
can only change your Home console 3 times per year.

game progress cant be transferred from one account to another.

but if you sign in to the Xbox with the account you bought games on and set it as the Home Xbox then your child can sign in with their new account and play all the games.

what do you do when you are done playing for the night?

I was lvl 15 and only got 750$ for doing it as Solo on the Hard setting =/ . a Few other missions only payed out 500$, not worth the 250% for ammo and 300$ for the vest, that missions netted me -50$

Maybe they made it where you get less for being a higher rank. Not sure, but if your friend is telling the truth that's what it sounds like.
