My kid configure his xbox live on his child profiule...he cant go online

They ask to use a adult profile.

but the only adult account on the Xbox was there when I bought it used.

How can I create a new adult profile on this xbox one

My boys are obessed with Minecraft and watching the walk thru on YouTube, that it is effecting their daily chores and homework. I have watched some of the videos over the shoulder and I just don't get it. Can someone please explain this game to me?

If the callback doesn't work, try to reach out to them through live chat support. Here's how:

Chat Support:

> Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/
> Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.
> Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.
> Sign in to your Microsoft account.
> Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

If you feel threatened outside of Xbox, you can definitely get the authorities involved.

As far as Xbox, make sure to report and block him and the enforcement team will investigate from there.
