Hey guys, I’ve been trying to buy black ops 2 on my Xbox one using PayPal and I have also tried credit card and I keep getting a message saying “sorry your purchase could not be processed right now please try again later” this has been happening for a few
days now, does anybody know how to fix it. Thank you

Can't get my Xbox one to do 720p but my Xbox 360 can easily do 1080p. Please help me this screen looks so bad on my tv please if somebody could please find a solution that would be great.

ok ive been trying for hours now and so far i have not found one person that can help or people are just telling me where to go so this place is my last hope until jan 31st does anyone have a spare 2 day gold membership please there has to be at least one

Check that there are funds on the specified payment method. Also, check that your personal information is the same as the payment method (date of birth, city, etc...). If you purchasing from the console, try clearing the system cache
by holding down the power button for 10 secs. If it does not work, delete the profile and re-download it.

You can also make the purchase from the
web page and see if it works.

He can still try to claim it, if it didn't work try for him to use a different device and redeem the 25-character codes by signing his account on redeem.microsoft.com

Hi there, resetting your home network should reassign new IP addresses to your online devices. Power your xbox 360 off then your modem / router, leave for a few minutes then power your router / modem on first once it's all connected power on your xbox 360.

The said person who is sending you these message will most likely have a program on his computer which enables them to find your IP address when you connect to them. Don't send him any more messages. Block communications and change your Windows Live ID and
password. If you are still unsure whether or not your profile is secure then you can PM one of the xbox LIVE enforcement team, just click on the little envelope under one of their posts in
