    Hey guys, I’ve been trying to buy black ops 2 on my Xbox one using PayPal and I have also tried credit card and I keep getting a message saying “sorry your purchase could not be processed right now please try again later” this has been happening for a few

    Keep in mind that if you're on a child account, you'll need to make the purchase on a 360 console.

    Hi!

    Check that there are funds on the specified payment method. Also, check that your personal information is the same as the payment method (date of birth, city, etc...). If you purchasing from the console, try clearing the system cache
    by holding down the power button for 10 secs. If it does not work, delete the profile and re-download it.

    You can also make the purchase from the
    web page
    and see if it works.

    He can still try to claim it, if it didn't work try for him to use a different device and redeem the 25-character codes by signing his account on redeem.microsoft.com

    However, if it still doesn't work, you can request a refund by signing the account where the Fortnite dollar pack was purchased on the refund webform and follow the instructions here on this link:

    Hi there, resetting your home network should reassign new IP addresses to your online devices. Power your xbox 360 off then your modem / router, leave for a few minutes then power your router / modem on first once it's all connected power on your xbox 360.



    The said person who is sending you these message will most likely have a program on his computer which enables them to find your IP address when you connect to them. Don't send him any more messages. Block communications and change your Windows Live ID and
