Can somebody please help with this enforcement problem

I made a battlefield montage and had it up for a week made it to the trending list on xbox and all the sudden they delete it not once but TWICE and give me the enforcement message

Here is the montage can somebody please tell me the reason why i cant upload it to xbox so i dont have future problems. thanks

Existing User Data is Corrupted?

Can somebody please tell me why everytime i sign on and try to play Battlefield 3 it says my Existing User Data is Corrupted. im not sure why this is happening. Can somebody please help me solve this problem

Hi!

Check that there are funds on the specified payment method. Also, check that your personal information is the same as the payment method (date of birth, city, etc...). If you purchasing from the console, try clearing the system cache
by holding down the power button for 10 secs. If it does not work, delete the profile and re-download it.

You can also make the purchase from the
web page and see if it works.
