You need to open the microsoft store on your pc and go to my games and apps, any outstanding updates should be listed and you need to click install next to the xbox app.

Update: 03/28/2011. No update yet from the escalation team. I requested them contact me by phone or email and nothing yet. I have been patient this far but I dont know how long I can contnue to be patient. I feel like I am being thrown around like a ragdoll
with this issue. Somebody give me an update. Is an update to much to ask for? It seems you two and the man on the phone I spoke with are the only help I have got about this. Can somebody please give me an update so I dont have to spend another 20 minutes on

Hi, Im having troubles. I asked somebody to send me an app as a gift for my studies, they did perfectly, but the code came in two separate images and only got 24 characters!! I can't redeem it. Also, in which order do I use the pictures? Can anybody please help me? Im an architecture studying and need to make a project in that app, can't waste time with these details. Please, someone help.
